315. (Repealed).

315. Penal proceedings in view of imposing a sanction for an offence under section 313 may be instituted on the authorization of the Minister of Education.

315. Suits under section 313 shall be taken, on the authorization of the Minister of Education, before a justice of the peace or a judge of the Court of Québec, and shall be governed by Part I of the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15).
