275. The school board may, in accordance with article 10 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1), institute penal proceedings for an offence under section 274.

275. The proceedings contemplated by section 274 are brought by the school board.
Such proceedings may be brought before a judge of the Court of Québec having jurisdiction in the territory where the school is situated.

In the districts where there is a Youth Court, such proceedings shall be brought before a judge of such court and in the other districts before a judge of the Provincial Court having jurisdiction in the place where the offence was committed.
