255.2. Commissioners may, on a regular basis, on school days outside teaching periods, provide school day care to children attending classes and receiving educational services in the kindergarten and elementary grades in their schools.
They may, for that purpose, require a contribution from the person having parental authority.
For these purposes, they may employ personnel and make agreements.

255.2. Commissioners may, on a regular basis, on school days outside teaching periods, provide school day care to children attending classes and receiving educational services in the kindergarten and elementary grades in their schools in accordance with the Act respecting childcare centres and childcare services (chapter C-8.2) and the regulations.
They may, for that purpose, require a contribution from the person having parental authority or another person determined by regulation under the said Act.
They may also establish day care centres, apply for a permit in accordance with the said Act for that purpose and require a contribution from the person having parental authority or another person determined by regulation under the said Act.
They may also act as a home day care agency and apply for a permit for that purpose in accordance with the said Act.
