125. One of the agents of each candidate, or, in the absence of such agent, one of the electors representing each candidate, must, on being admitted to the polling station, take an oath, as set forth in form 21, to keep secret the name of the candidate for whom any of the voters has marked his ballot in his presence, as hereinafter required.
