102. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 235, s. 121; 1989, c. 36, s. 237.
102. The secretary-treasurer of the school board shall act as returning officer at all elections.
If the secretary-treasurer is absent or unable to act as returning officer, the chairman of the school board shall appoint, by commission under his signature, a person qualified as an elector to be returning officer.
