7. If the director’s position assigned to the Inspector General of Financial Institutions, Deputy Inspector General or to the Deputy Minister of Finance becomes vacant, the Government may appoint an interim director in his place on the conditions and for the remuneration it determines.

The Government shall fill any position contemplated in paragraph b of section 6 that has become vacant, in the manner, for the period and on the conditions prescribed for appointment to that position.

7.
