51. Every book, record or other document which has been examined or of which an auditor has taken possession or which has been filed with the Authority may be copied or photographed, and every copy or photograph of such book, record or document, certified by the president and director general of the Authority or by a person specially authorized by him to do so, as being a copy or photograph of the original, shall be admissible in evidence and shall have the same probative force as the original.
