Disposition versions
19. The members of the personnel of the institute shall be appointed in accordance with the staffing plan and the standards established by by-law of the institute.
Subject to the provisions of a collective agreement, the institute shall determine, by by-law, the standards and scales of remuneration, employee benefits and other conditions of employment of the members of its personnel in accordance with the conditions defined by the Government.
19. The members of the personnel of the institute shall be appointed in accordance with the staffing plan and the standards established by regulation by the institute. The pay scales and rates, the employment benefits and the other conditions of employment of the members of the personnel shall also be determined by regulation.
Regulations under this section must be approved by the Government.
