102. (Repealed).

102. The council of each band, before 19 July 1978, shall choose two of the members of the band council to sit on the Board of Compensation. The appointment of the other members of the Board takes place in accordance with this Act, and the first chairman of the Board must be elected from among the three members appointed by the Council of the Cree Regional Authority described in section 99.
