41.1. Any person aggrieved by a decision made pursuant to a regulation under the first paragraph of section 30 may, where such a remedy is provided for in the regulation, contest the decision before the Administrative Labour Tribunal.
The Tribunal may also make any decision in respect of the experience certificate of an employee or skilled tradesman where a regulation under the first paragraph of section 30 confers that function on the Commission.
