99. By an agreement guaranteeing auxiliary timber supply, the Minister, on the conditions and for the time fixed by the Government, makes an undertaking, where necessarry, to provide an auxiliary timber supply where a timber supplier with whom the holder of a wood processing plant operating permit is bound by a long-term agreement has defaulted.
