195.1. Any judge who is competent to to issue a search warrant in the judicial district where the seizure is to be made or in the district where the offence has been committed is competent to exercise the powers conferred on a judge by this division.

206. Any judge having competence to issue a search warrant in the judicial district where the search or seizure is to be made or in the district where the offence has been committed is competent to exercise the powers conferred on a judge by this chapter.

206. Where a seizure is made under section 187 or 188, the justice of the peace who imposes a penalty for an offence under this Act or the regulations thereunder may, on the motion of one of the parties, order that the timber seized be confiscated.
The Minister shall prescribe the manner in which the timber confiscated under this section is to be disposed of.
