Section 183 Disposition versions

183. Every person who fails to comply with a restriction or prohibition concerning access to a forest road imposed by the Minister pursuant to the second paragraph of section 33, or who contravenes section 34, is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $600 to $6,000.

183. Every person who contravenes section 28.2 or a standard of forest management prescribed under paragraph 1, 2, 7 or 8 of section 171 is liable to a fine of $5 to $100 for each tree cut or not cut by him in contravention of the applicable standard.

183. Every person who contravenes a standard of forest management prescribed under paragraphs 2, 7 or 8 of section 171 or contravenes section 207 is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $5 to $100 for each tree cut or not cut by him in contravention of the applicable standard.
