148. Unless the Tribunal decides otherwise for special reasons and subject to section 148.3, the losing party shall pay the costs of the adverse party in accordance with the tariff determined by regulation of the Government pursuant to section 92 of the Act respecting administrative justice (chapter J-3).
1979, c. 72, s. 148; 1997, c. 43, s. 279.
148. The board may correct its own decision if it contains an error of transcription, a miscalculation or any other clerical error.
The correction may be made at the demand of one of the parties if the decision has not been appealed; it may be made exofficio before the decision becomes executory.
A demand for correction suspends the execution of the decision and interrupts the time allowed for appeal until the parties have been advised of the decision of the board on the demand.
1979, c. 72, s. 148.
