130. Notwithstanding any general law or special Act inconsistent herewith, a municipal corporation or school board or the Conseil scolaire de l’île de Montréal may invest the sinking funds related to its borrowings in the purchase of bonds issued by the Office. The Minister of Finance may do likewise when acting as the manager of such funds.
