115.7. The Tribunal’s sittings are public. The Tribunal may, however, on its own initiative or at a party’s request, order a closed-door hearing in the interest of good morals or public order.

115.7. Any person appearing before the Tribunal may request that the hearing be recorded, at the person’s own expense. If the person requests that the hearing be transcribed, the person is required, at the request of the Tribunal, to provide it with a copy of the transcript.
