115.6. The Tribunal may reject any evidence that is irrelevant or that was obtained under such circumstances that fundamental rights and freedoms are violated and whose use could bring the administration of justice into disrepute.

115.6. By way of exception, the Tribunal may suspend the holding of a hearing until the applicant undertakes to pay the cost of the research work that the Tribunal considers necessary in order to rule on the issue submitted to it.
Similarly, the Tribunal may require one of the parties to pay the representation costs incurred by investors or clients or, if it is in the public interest, it may pay such costs itself.
