84. The sums provided for in sections 82 to 82.2 and 82.4 are paid by cheque made to the order of the official representative of the party, the independent Member or the independent candidate. These sums may also be paid by means of a transfer of funds to an account held by the official representative.

84. The allowance shall be paid by cheque made to the order of the official representative of the party, upon production by him of a demand for payment and of a statement in the form prescribed by the Chief Electoral Officer. The allowance may also be paid by means of a transfer of funds to an account held by the official representative.
The official representative shall keep the invoices, receipts or other vouchers for a period of two years. However, he shall remit them to the Chief Electoral Officer, at his request.
