40.38.1. In January, April and September each year, the Chief Electoral Officer shall transmit the list of the electors registered on the permanent list of electors for the purposes of a provincial poll to the authorized parties represented in the National Assembly, to any other authorized party that so requests and to every Member. However, Members shall only receive the list for the electoral division they represent.
No list is to be transmitted during an election or referendum period or within the three months that follow a general election or a referendum.

Between 1 October and 1 November each year, the chief electoral officer shall transmit the list of the electors entered on the permanent list of electors to be used in a provincial poll to the authorized parties represented in the National Assembly, to any other authorized party that so requests and to any Member.
In the case of a Member, the list transmitted is the list for the electoral division represented by the Member.
However, no list shall be transmitted if 1 October falls within an election or referendum period or if a general election or a referendum was held within the three months preceding that date.
