305. Municipalities, school service centres or institutions governed by the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or by the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5) and private seniors’ residences listed in the register established under the Act respecting health services and social services shall allow the use of their premises free of charge for the establishment of polling stations.
