290. Electors place the ballot paper in an unidentified envelope, seal the envelope and place it in another envelope, bearing their signature, on which they write their name and last domiciliary address in Québec.

290. The returning officer shall prepare a list of the electors who have filed an application under section 289 and he shall send a copy thereof to the candidates.

290. The returning officer shall give to the deputy returning officer a ballot box, an abstract of this Act and the regulations, a certified copy of the list of electors for each polling subdivision in the electoral division, a poll book and the materials required for the poll.
He shall also give to him a sealed envelope, bearing his initials on the seal, containing the ballot papers.
