263. Electors may vote at the returning officer’s main office or at one of the returning officer’s branch offices in the electoral division of their domicile, on the tenth, ninth, sixth, fifth and fourth days before polling day. On the tenth, sixth and fifth days before polling day, voting begins at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 8:00 p.m. and on the ninth day before polling day, voting ends at 4:00 p.m. On the last day, voting ends at 2:00 p.m.

263. Except as otherwise provided, sections 305, 307 to 317, 320 to 329, 331, 332, 334 and 335.1 to 354, adapted as required, apply to advance polling.
However, there shall be no officer assigned to the list of electors during the advance polling. In addition, the deputy returning officer and the poll clerk may act as members of the identity verification panel in polling stations for inmates and mobile polling stations.

Section 263 of this Act comes into force on 15 February 2007 only for the purposes of the implementation of section 301.21 of this Act; Order in Council 157-2007 dated 14 February 2007, (2007) 139 G.O. 2, 1046.
