227. Not later than the third day before polling day, the returning officer sends each candidate the revised list of electors showing the changes made by a special board of revisors and including particulars about voting in the advance poll, and at the returning officer’s office.
The list is sent in electronic form; candidates may obtain a paper copy on request.
The Chief Electoral Officer sends the list in electronic form to the authorized parties represented in the National Assembly and to any other authorized party having so requested.

227. Not later than the third day before polling day, the returning officer sends each candidate the revised list of electors or the abstracts of changes showing the changes made by a special board of revisors and including particulars about voting in the advance poll, and at the returning officer’s office.
The list or the abstracts of changes are sent in electronic form; candidates may obtain a paper copy on request.
The Chief Electoral Officer sends the list in electronic form to the authorized parties represented in the National Assembly and to any other authorized party having so requested.

At the end of the first paragraph, the following words are not in force: “and including particulars about voting in the advance poll, and at the returning officer’s office”. Those words will come into force on the date set by order of the Government (2006, c. 17, s. 39).
227. The returning officer shall establish a special board of revisors at his office. He may, by reason of the distance or area involved, establish another such board after consulting the chief electoral officer.

227. An elector whose name is not entered on the list of electors of the polling subdivision where he may vote, or who finds an error in the entry made in his regard may, from Sunday of the second week to Wednesday of the week preceding the week of the polling, file an application for entry or correction at the office of the returning officer of his electoral division or at any other designated place.
An elector whose application for entry was rejected or whose name was struck from the list during the revision period provided for in sections 195 to 219 may not apply for entry on the list of electors under the provisions of this division.

227. An elector whose name is not entered on the list of electors or who finds an error in the entry of his name may, from Friday of the second week to Wednesday of the week preceding that of the polling, file an application for entry or correction at the office of the returning officer of his electoral division or at any other designated place.
