200. An elector who is aware that he or she is registered on the list of electors for a polling subdivision other than the one in which the elector is domiciled on the 14th day before polling day must submit a request for registration to a board of revisors in order to vote.
If the request is granted, the elector is registered on the list of electors for the polling subdivision in which the elector is domiciled after being removed from the other list.

An elector who finds that his name is not entered on the list of electors for the polling subdivision in which he is domiciled on Tuesday of the second week preceding that of the poll may apply in person to the board of revisors to which his polling subdivision is assigned to have his name entered on the list.
The elector may request that the entry of his name be considered for the purposes of the forthcoming poll only.

200. The two revisors appointed by the returning officer shall select and appoint the third revisor within three days following their appointment, failing which the returning officer, after consulting the chief electoral officer, shall select and appoint him himself.
When the two revisors have selected and appointed the third revisor, they shall immediately so notify the returning officer.
