2. To exercise his right to vote, a person must be a qualified elector on polling day and his name must be entered on the list of electors of the polling subdivision in which his domicile is situated on the 14th day before polling day.

2. To exercise his right to vote, a person must be a qualified elector on polling day and his name must be entered on the list of electors of the polling subdivision in which his domicile is situated on Tuesday of the second week preceding that of the poll.

2. To exercise his right to vote, a person must be a qualified elector on polling day and be registered on the list of electors of the polling subdivision where his domicile is situated on the day the order instituting the election is issued or registered in the registry of electors outside Québec.
