433. Within 90 days following polling day, the official agent of a candidate shall deliver to the office or domicile of the returning officer, or to any other place determined by the chief electoral officer, a return of all his election expenses in the form prescribed by the chief electoral officer.
The return must be accompanied with the invoices, receipts and other vouchers, or certified copies of the documents, and a list of the documents and a sworn statement in the prescribed form.
In the case of an independent candidate, the return must be filed at the same time as the financial report contemplated in section 399.
