203. Every inmate has the right to vote at a general election.
To exercise his right to vote, an inmate must be registered on the electoral list of the house of detention in which he is detained. He shall exercise his right to vote in the advance polling station of that establishment.
His vote shall be counted in the electoral division of his domicile.
