86. Where an application for the fixing of an indemnity is presented, the person who has established the reserve shall, within 15 days from the date on which it is served upon him, file with the Tribunal the notice of establishment of the reserve and the copy of the plan and description, or of the general plan in the case of several immovables.
If the reserve is followed by an expropriation, such documents shall be filed in the record of the expropriation.
