74. The owner of property reserved may, after a reserve of two years or, if there has been a renewal, after a reserve of four years, request the person who established it to acquire the property or exclude it from the reserve.
The person who established the reserve shall, within ninety days of the request, either exclude the property from the reserve or acquire it by agreement or expropriation. Upon his failure to do so the owner of the reserved property may on motion have the reserve cancelled by a judge of the Superior Court.
