45. The expropriating party must, within 15 days of receiving the information contemplated in section 41, notify the lessees and occupants in good faith of the existence of expropriation proceedings and notify them to appear before the Tribunal within 15 days.

The expropriating party must, within fifteen days following the date on which he received the information contemplated in section 43, notify all lessees having unregistered leases and occupants in good faith of the existence of expropriation proceedings relating to the immoveable they occupy and inform them that they must appear before the tribunal within fifteen days following such notification.
