41. The expropriated party must, within 15 days following the date of service of the notice of expropriation, appear before the Tribunal. He must also within the same period furnish the expropriating party in writing with the particulars required in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph of section 40.

41. Before the expiry of fifteen days following service of the notice provided for in section 39, the expropriating party must register such notice, by deposit in the registry office of the registration division where the immoveable or real right to be expropriated is situated, accompanied by:
(a)  a plan and a description of the immoveable or real right to be expropriated, signed by a land surveyor; or
(b)  a general plan signed by a land surveyor if there is also an immoveable to expropriate; and
(c)  when the authorization of the Government is required, an authentic copy of such authorization.
