19. (Repealed).

19. Any order of the division on a question of law or jurisdiction may also be appealed with leave of a judge of the Court of Appeal.

19. The principal function of the tribunal shall be to fix the amount of the indemnities arising from the establishment of reserves for public purposes and the expropriation of immoveables or immoveable real rights.
The tribunal shall also exercise the other powers conferred upon it by law.
