15. (Repealed).

15. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no extraordinary recourse contemplated in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) may be exercised nor any injunction granted against the division, its members or an assessor acting in their official capacity.

15. A member of the tribunal may be recused in the same manner as a judge; articles 234 to 242 of the Code of Civil Procedure apply to the recusation, mutatis mutandis.
