19. An inspector of explosives may seize the explosives in respect of which he has reasonable cause to believe that the standards applicable to them under this Act or the regulations are not complied with.

19. If an inspector of explosives ascertains that a person is contravening this act or the regulations, he may seize the explosives in the possession of such person and dispose thereof in such manner as the Minister orders.
