7.1. The electoral divisions shall be delimited, keeping in mind, as far as possible, any natural community, in such a manner as to ensure that each electoral division has the greatest possible socioeconomic homogeneity, taking into account criteria such as the location of the educational institutions of the English-language school service centre, physical barriers, population trends, municipality boundaries, territorial contiguity, size and distance.
An English-language school service centre may give a name to each electoral division.
