71. The nomination paper shall be signed by the candidate and supported by at least 10 electors, in the case of a candidate for a parent representative seat, of the electoral division for which the nomination paper is filed or, in the case of a candidate for a community representative seat, from the English-language school service centre’s territory.
Each elector shall enter his address opposite his signature as it appears on the list of electors.
