E-2.3 - Act respecting school elections to elect certain members of the boards of directors of English-language school service centres

44. Where a poll must be held, the list of electors of the English-language school service centre or, as the case may be, of the electoral division must be revised.
Where no poll is to be held, the list may be revised by decision of the returning officer.
Where the holding of a poll ceases to be necessary following the end of the period for filing nomination papers, the returning officer shall decide whether the revision is to be continued or interrupted.
Where no revision takes place or where a revision is interrupted, the returning officer shall immediately notify in writing the chief electoral officer, who notifies the permanent board of revisors established under section 40.12.1 of the Election Act (chapter E-3.3).

The notice shall be transmitted to the permanent board of revisors established under section 40.12.1 of the Election Act (chapter E‐3.3).

44. Within five days after the notice of deposit of the list of electors, any person who ascertains that his name is not entered on the list of electors although it should be entered or that his name is entered on the list although it should not be entered or that he is erroneously designated may file a written application for entry, striking off or correction with the returning officer.
