10. (Repealed).

10. When a request is filed with the Authority under section 9, the Authority asks the Bureau de décision et de révision established under section 92 of the Act respecting the Autorité des marchés financiers (chapter A-33.2) to call the interested persons and entities to a hearing.
Not less than 10 days before the hearing is to be held, the Bureau sends the persons and entities a notice, by registered or certified mail or by personal service, of the hearing date, place and time.
Once the hearing has been held, the Bureau addresses its recommendations to the Authority.
