53. Group savings representatives must, when offering shares or units in a mutual fund with which the firm for which they act has a business relationship, disclose that relationship to the person with whom they are transacting business.
Any direct or indirect interest held by a mutual fund in the ownership of a firm or held by a firm in the ownership of a mutual fund, and the granting by the mutual fund of any benefit or other interest determined by regulation of the Authority, constitutes a business relationship.
