24. In the annual report to be produced by the Minister under section 15 of the Act respecting the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale and the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (chapter M-15.001), the Minister shall report on the participation of employers in workforce skills development for the preceding year.

24. 24. The Société shall transmit each year to the minister designated by the Government, before the date fixed by the minister, a report on the participation of employers in the development of manpower training for the preceding year.
The report must be drawn up in the form determined by the Minister and contain any information he indicates.
The report may also contain any proposal intended to facilitate the achievement of the object of this Act.
