59. The Public Curator shall deduct the fees and expenses, which the Public Curator may require under section 55, pertaining to property the administration of which ceases in the circumstances described in the second paragraph of section 40 from the sums of money the Public Curator is required to transfer to the Minister of Finance, together with the other fees and expenses that the Public Curator may require under section 55 but cannot recover. The Public Curator shall also deduct from such sums of money the cost of activities for which fees cannot be established, together with an annual allowance to support the financing of the Public Curator’s activities.
The amounts deducted pursuant to this section shall be deposited into the general fund of the Public Curator.

59. Property belonging to the State and under the management of the Public Curator on 31 December of a year shall be remitted to the Minister of Finance within the time prescribed by regulation.
The Public Curator shall deduct from the property he is required to remit to the Minister of Finance the fees and expenses that are not recoverable, according to the criteria determined by regulation, and the cost of activities determined by regulation for which fees may not be prescribed. The amount so deducted shall be paid into the general fund of the Public Curator.
Revenues produced by property belonging to the State from the date on which the State becomes the owner of the property to the date on which it is remitted to the Minister of Finance shall also be paid into the general fund.

59. Property owned by the State and under the administration of the Public Curator, except revenues derived therefrom after the property devolves to the state under section 24, must be remitted to the Minister of Finance within the time prescribed by regulation.
Revenues derived between devolution of the property to the State and remittance of the property to the Minister shall be paid into the reserve fund of the Public Curator.
