69. The bureau may designate regional representatives and determine their functions.
The bureau may also, in writing, authorize a person, a government department, a body or a public institution within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5) to exercise all or some of the powers conferred upon the bureau by this Act or the regulations.
