62.1. In no case may the bureau, its members, the members of its personnel, its inspectors, any person, body or public institution to whom it delegates powers pursuant to the second paragraph of section 69 or an administrator appointed under the third paragraph of section 30 be prosecuted for any act performed in good faith in the performance of their duties.
