45. Every parent who feels aggrieved by a decision made under section 41.5 may, within 60 days of notification of the decision, contest the decision before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.

45. Every parent who feels aggrieved by a decision made under section 41.5 may appeal from the decision to the Commission des affaires sociales.
The Commission shall proceed with the appeal in accordance with its rules of proof, practice and procedure.
