24. Not later than 30 June each year, the board shall submit to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food a report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year. The report must indicate the number of studies, surveys, requests and suggestions reported by the advisory committee pursuant to section 34.
The Minister shall table the report before the National Assembly within 30 days of receiving it if it is in session or, if it is not sitting, within 30 days of resumption.
