200. The by-laws of the credit union may provide, in accordance with the standards of the federation, that a member who ceases to meet the conditions relating to common characteristic set out in the articles of the cooperative in accordance with the second paragraph of section 10 becomes an auxiliary member. A member of the board of directors or board of supervision who becomes an auxiliary member may continue to hold such a position until the expiry of the member’s term.
