185.2. Neither the winding-up nor the dissolution of a federation prevents performance of the financial contracts determined by the Authority under section 40.22 of the Deposit Institutions and Deposit Protection Act (chapter I-13.2.2) and entered into by the federation, or compensation against an amount payable under or in regard to such a contract, in accordance with the terms of the contract.
