C-67.3 - Act respecting financial services cooperatives

131.7. On the date set by the Authority, a financial services cooperative shall send it a report on the complaint processing and dispute resolution policy adopted under subparagraph 2 of the second paragraph of section 66.1 stating the number of complaints that the cooperative has registered in the complaints register and their nature.
The report must cover the period determined by the Authority.
On sending the report to the Authority, a credit union that is a member of a federation shall send a copy of it to the federation.

131.7. A mediator may not be compelled to disclose anything revealed to or learned by the mediator in the exercise of his or her functions or to produce a document prepared or obtained in the course of such exercise before a court of justice or before a person or body of the administrative branch exercising adjudicative functions.
Notwithstanding section 9 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1), no person may have access to a document contained in the mediation record.
