150. (Repealed).

150. A rebate is not a profit sharing but a repayment of part of an overpayment made by a member, or an auxiliary member where such is the case, or an adjustment of the price of produce or services that a member, or an auxiliary member where such is the case, has delivered or rendered, as the case may be, to his cooperative.
