20. Hunting at night is prohibited unless done solely by means of a trap used to capture a hare or an animal designated by regulation as a fur-bearing animal.
However, the Government may by regulation determine the conditions allowing racoon hunting at night.
Hunting is also prohibited for any animal or any class of animals indicated by the regulations, during any period of the year or any part of the day for which the regulations prohibit it, and in any region, zone or place in Québec for which they prohibit it.
